Order of plants or decorations.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All our prices mean H.T. for the duration of the show (not exceeding 10 days).
To be recorded, any order will have to comprise the seal of the company and the signature
of a person in charge. In the event of out-of-stock condition in the variety of ordered plants,
will be carried out to the automatic replacement by the species nearest.
All the presentations in flowers cut in the tariff are sold.
DELIVERY
The particulars of the stand will have to be precisely stipulated on the heading of
the purchase order. The delivery, maintenance and the recovery will be ensured by our care.
the order will be regarded as delivered as soon as the plants are deposited on the stand.
In the event of delivery apart from the official opening of the show, a special transport
will be invoiced in addition.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TENANTS
This one begins as of the delivery (even if the tenant did not take possession of his stand)
and it ends in the resumption of the plants by the hirer out. The losses and/or damage caused during
the exposure will be invoicees at their selling price, that is to say 2 times the price of hiring H.T.
